For over the past fourteen years, Harborside Appraisal and Consulting, Inc. has developed a reputation for accuracy and timely responsiveness. We specialize in appraisals for governmental agencies and have experience in consulting and testimony. We have worked closely with the Real Estate Services Department of Charlotte County and the Land Acquisition Department for the cities of North Port and Punta Gorda. Assignments and/or projects include the 1,100-acre eminent domain project of Murdock Village, the Myakkahatchee Creek Corridor conservation project, as well as various assignments for procurement by the City of Punta Gorda.

Our small, but competent staff is ready to respond to any of your needs. Office manager, Debra Goff, is a former certified residential appraiser with over thirty years of appraisal experience. That background enables her to provide most immediate answers and/or guidance in resolving basic appraisal and procedural matters. If needed, she has a direct link to Mr. Goff for response. Her management ability, whether it’s the daily functions of the office or large complex projects, in conjunction with Mr. Goff’s mass appraisal techniques, enables Harborside to complete customized small or large assignments. Our team concept allows us the ability to respond to priorities while maintaining work flow.
